Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the GOX 2022 you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by July 21, 2023, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after July 21, 2023.
