Applied Physics Letters Student Oral and Poster Award

Applied Physics Letters will sponsor both an Oral and Poster Award at GOX 2023. All student presenters who have registered to attend GOX 2023 will be eligible. Each award will consist of $500 and a certificate. The awards will be presented during the closing remarks.

Travel Support

Limited travel support is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for student participants especially from URM community. Please send your request by e-mail to uttamsin@buffalo with subject line “GOX2023: Request Travel Support.”

Please provide:

• Your name and registration confirmation number.
• Your abstract number, if presenting.
• Your travel costs (airfare, hotel, car, etc.) to attend the conference.
• A brief description (1 paragraph) of how the conference will help in your professional development (must be included).
